At Transitainer WA, we’re always looking for ways to simplify and streamline the shipping experience for our clients. That’s why we’re proud to introduce TransiTrack, our new, user-friendly cargo tracking system that puts real-time shipment information right at your fingertips.

What is TransiTrack?

TransiTrack is our custom-built, online tracking platform that allows clients to monitor their shipments with ease. Whether it’s an FCL sea freight or a complex international consignment, TransiTrack keeps you in the loop—every step of the way.

Easy Access via Your Invoice

We’ve made accessing TransiTrack as convenient as possible. You’ll now see the TransiTrack logo included on your invoice. Simply click the logo, and it will take you directly to the login page:

Each customer is provided with a unique username and password upon activation. Once logged in, a world of detailed shipment insights becomes instantly accessible.

What Can You Do in TransiTrack?

Here are just a few of the helpful features built into the TransiTrack portal:

• Dashboard Overview
  Access your live orders by clicking “Dashboard” on the left-hand column. This gives you a bird’s eye view of all ongoing shipments.
• FCL Sea Freight Details
  Click “More Info” under the Sea FCL section to dive into each active shipment. You’ll find comprehensive details, including:
  • B/S numbers with drop-downs
  • Container information
  • Live GPS Vessel Tracking
• Documents & Invoices
  View and download your Transitainer invoices, shipping documents, and order timelines—all in one place.
• Customisable Interface
  Adjust columns and screens to match your preferences. Whether you want to sort by ETA, origin, destination, or something else—TransiTrack gives you full control.
• Upload Clearance Documents
  Say goodbye to endless email threads. You can now upload key documents directly into the portal, streamlining communication and processing.

We’ve made onboarding simple. When you’re set up in TransiTrack, you’ll receive your login credentials via email, along with a user guide and a few tips and tricks to help you get the most out of the system.
