Kelly Crossley Nominated for WA Member of the Year for IFCBAA

International Forwarders & Customs Brokers Association of Australia Ltd (IFCBAA) honours excellence within the business and individual membership. It acknowledges the hard work and dedication of the industry and the association’s members. 

There is nothing more rewarding than the recognition of your endless efforts. We are very happy to let you know that Kelly Crossley, proud owner of Transitainer WA has been nominated as a finalist for the WA Member of the Year for IFCBAA. Kelly is only 1 of 3 finalists for her category WA member of the year

Her great vision and contribution to the industry are recognised, and her sincerity is awe-inspiring for the young enthusiasts. 

Last year, she won this esteemed award, which added a feather to her cap and uplifted her even more.  May Lady Luck be with Kelly this time too. 

IFCBAA 2024 Industry Award Finalists Categories

It is important that each year, we recognise and celebrate excellence from within our business and individual membership, at the Annual Gala Dinner Awards Night which forms an important part of IFCBAA’s National Conference.

To this purpose, this year we have added the following new annual award categories to be recognised:

• Business Member of the Year

• NSW Member of the Year

• VIC Member of the Year

• QLD Member of the Year

• WA Member of the Year

• SA Member of the Year

• DCB Student of the Year

• DIFF Student of the Year

• Trainer of the Year

• Young Professional of the Year

A minimum of 3 finalists per award category are selected.

In addition to this, we have further refined the nomination, referral and selection criteria to this awards process, which was applied to this year’s awards:

1. Call for written nominations from IFCBAA’s full membership base using a specific form designed for this purpose

2. Call for nominations from IFCBAA’s Regional Advisory Councils and management team

3. Review of the shortlisted recommendations by the management team of all nominations received for all award categories, that were obtained from processes 1 and 2 above

4. A minimum of 3 finalists per award category are then selected, after each nomination has been assessed across specific criteria

5. Formal assessment of each finalist and the winner decision on each award is then made by CEO Scott Carson, in consultation with the management team.
